                Tax is 7%,
                Standard Gratuity is:
                        15%+ for Standard Limousine, Sedan, Escalade, or 1939 Buick.
                        18%+ for SUV Limousine, Limo Bus, or Trolley.

***         Mileage is billed at the rate of:
                        $1.50 per mile for Limousines, Standard or SUV, Sedan, or Escalade.
                        $2.00 per mile for Trolley or Limo Bus. 
                Calculated round trip to farthest point of drive for all drives outside of Sioux City.
                Does not apply to Owner Occupied Drive, OMA-SIOUX Express, or SIOUXPER Shuttle.

***         Any drive extending 5 minutes over is billed to the next hour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE:  (please read carefully)

Reservations are subject to cancellation by TRAVELPLUS LIMOUSINES in the event of severe weather or due to mechanical reasons beyond our control.  In the event of a cancellation by TRAVELPLUS LIMOUSINES a refund will be given.

Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, road construction, bad weather in route, etc.  We will not carry more passengers than our insurance allows.  If a car should breakdown just prior or during your journey the chauffeur will obtain a car or cars from the nearest location to get you to your destination. 

No one will be allowed to stand out of a moon roof while the vehicle is in motion.  Any damage will be charged to the person who placed the booking. No smoking is permitted in the cars please.  Any person getting sick (vomiting) in the vehicle will be charged the sum of $100.00 for the cleaning.  TRAVELPLUS LIMOUSINES retains the right to add on charges as a result of excessive clean-up and or damage to the vehicle.  Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the limousine but will be provided only by request.  All alcohol and drug regulations will be strictly enforced.  The driver has the right to terminate the drive for misconduct in the vehicle at any time.

Your booking is only secured once we have received your deposit.  Minimum deposit on all reservations is the one hour rental price for the vehicle.  If once you receive your confirmation and decide to cancel, please telephone us as soon as possible.  All deposits are non-refundable.  For prompt and courteous service a gratuity is accepted and appreciated.  Thank you and have a great day!
